GUEST DESIGNER : THE OUTLAWZ CAS CHALLENGE

This is my GD card for The Outlawz CAS challenge today, where the theme is

"November 11 in the USA is Veteran's Day.  It's a day to honor those who have fought and continue to fight for freedom and our precious way of life.  The challenge this week is to create a CAS "THANK YOU" card (or several of them) for Veterans or first responders (police, firefighters, doctors, nurses, EMT's....)  Then send/give/deliver the card (s) to those you've made them for."

I chose to make my card for a M.O.T.H . (Memorable Order of Tin Hats) - The idea of the Order, then and now is to help fellow comrades in need, either financially or physically and to remember all servicemen who have answered the Sunset Call, both in war and peace time. They have been in existence since 1927.

No little child will ever starve or suffer needless pain,
The aged will live their twilight years in sunshine, not in rain,
The crippled we will help to walk, the blind we’ll help to see,
The wonders of God’s handiwork in all its majesty.
To feed, to clothe, to build again, where hopes should shattered be,
This is the crowning MOTH ideal, to help humanity.
I Morgan

My card features a background image and sentiment from the sponsor of the challenge, DeeDee's Digis, and the extra elements of the tin hat, candle and Moth logo were added digitally, making this a ONE layer card.
